The Oak Room is located on the second floor of the Farm House. Large windows on three sides of this room provide views overlooking our private lake, across the courtyard to the Carriage House and the mountain which bounds the valley to the west. This spacious room features a locally crafted Stone County Ironworks king sized iron bed and a floor to ceiling fieldstone-faced, gas log fireplace. Two swivel rockers provide comfortable seating for reading or lounging. There is also an extra single bed for those who might be traveling with a third person. This exceptionally large room is ideal for couples who like lots of space, a honeymooning couple or, three friends or relatives traveling together. The large private bathroom has an old fashioned claw-foot tub for soaking and relaxing and a cultured marble walk-in shower with a height-adjustable and removable hand wand. A 5-foot oak vanity provides adequate space for all your travel personal grooming items. A hair dryer and other items are available in the bathroom should you have forgotten something while packing. An ironing board and steam iron are provided in the large closet, that also has a full length mirror on the inside of the closet door. This room is available for $110 per
night double occupancy, and $127 per night if a third person
shares the room.
